At Sasha’s Sneaky Sweets, every order is baked with care and attention. Because I am a small business, once an order is placed and finalized, ingredients are purchased and preparations begin. For this reason, refunds are not offered. However, I want every customer to feel valued, which is why I provide the option of store credit under certain circumstances.
Custom Orders
- All custom orders are created around the factors we discuss together—flavor, dietary preferences, and presentation.
- Because customization is unique, flavors may not always match what you expect based on other products you’ve tried in the past. By placing a custom order, the customer accepts this creative process and variability.
- My commitment is to work diligently with you to get your order “just right.” If you are unsatisfied, I offer store credit rather than refunds.
- Store credits for custom orders must be used within 30 days of receiving your store credit confirmation.
Assorted/Standard Orders
- Assortment orders (such as cookies, madeleines, or baklava trays prepared in larger batches) are not tailored to individual requests in the same way custom orders are.
- Because these products are prepared in “bulk,” refunds are not available.
- If you are unsatisfied with an assortment, store credit may be issued for the same product only (not toward a custom order).
Store Credits
- Store credits are valid for 30 days from the date you receive your confirmation notice.
- They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended past the 30-day window.
Fair Use of Policy
- Store credits are offered as a courtesy to ensure customers feel taken care of.
- If there is reason to believe that this policy is being misused or taken advantage of (for example, repeated claims of dissatisfaction without cause), Sasha’s Sneaky Sweets reserves the right to decline issuing additional credits and may refuse future orders.

From Bridal Shower to Wedding Favors—Perfectly Handled!
For anyone planning on a wedding or any of the other events, you know how STRESSFUL it can be! Sasha made all my bridal stress melt away! From bridal shower goodies to wedding favors, everything was perfectly handled. I was unsure what treats to offer for the shower and what to give our guests as favors, and she made it so easy! Sasha has a few seasonal items and the wild blueberry is the one I wait for every spring/summer season. The decoration designs are also so so so pretty- you can tell there is so much attention to details.

Sasha did the desserts for a little tea party I hosted for the gals, and let me tell you—everyone was positively floored. She did an assortment of the most divine madeleines you’ve ever tasted: blueberry, Earl Grey, lemon poppy, and a chocolate-with-vanilla situation that could make a grown woman swoon.
And as if that weren’t enough, she made the most delightful finger sandwiches— did I mention she baked the bread fresh? Sourdough focaccia, honey oat, and a proper French bread. Truly marvelous.
The girls are already pestering me to throw another party, and naturally, everyone demanded her information so they could place their own orders.

Everything I’ve tried so far, I’ve loved from the thick and rich oatmeal cookies to the very light and airy Matcha Madelines! And the baklava... stays on re-order!
Melt in your mouth delicious!
I got the pistachio and earl grey madeleines and had them custom made to be gluten and “dairy free” (I eat eggs, no butter). Sasha was able to make it with a plant based butter. They were so rich and melted in my mouth! Trust me, don’t sleep on this one!
